Victoria Legal Aid has created a great resource that contains the answers to loads of questions about "Am I old enough..."

It has information that can be specific to Victoria (such as getting a drivers license), however lots on information around medical treatments, relationships, abortion access, independence, rights, centerlink are applicable to all young people in Australia.
